Response Time

Please understand that we are a small team trying to start something BIG!

Allow us up to 48 hours to get back to emails as our team members also work day-jobs along with making our stylish polos.

 

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Details

Please allow our team up to 5 business days to package and fulfill your order.

You will then receive an email from us confirming the shipment of your order with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order from the link on our website. However, you may not see any updates on it until USPS receives the package from our 3rd party logistics provider.  

Shipping times can vary, but most packages arrive within 10-15 days after the package ships. This timeline is an average, and other factors can always impact shipping times. If there is any concern with your shipping after this 15 day period, please feel free to contacts us by email with your order number and we will get in touch with the carrier.

 

Returns/Replacements/Refunds

Quality comes first here at Rigged Up Outfitters

Please contact us by email with your order number and pictures of the shirt or defect if applicable so that we can return, replace, and make things right!

We urge you to double check your order before purchasing and please view the size chart and size notes in the product description prior to purchase!

We are a Print on Demand clothing apparel store. What does this mean for you as the customer? It means that we purchase your shirt from the manufacturer as soon as your order processes. Because of this, all sales are FINAL with the exception of the following issues.

Wrong Items Shipped or Blurry Print - Please send pictures of the issues to us at Riggedupoutfitters@gmail.com

If you've ordered the wrong size or style, we can replace your shirts for the correct size, all we ask is for you to pay a $10 shipping fee. 

Lost Packages (Applicable when 30 days have passed without receiving package and no update from the carrier)

Other - please contact us with any other issues you have with your order, and we're happy to work with you.
